Mantas Juozapaitis - CEO of MantasWrap AS has started vehicle wraps/paint protection application in Norway already early 2014. It all began finding a big issue in the current Norwegian wrap market - there is no company that can deliver clean, long lasting and professional wrapping job both for consumer market and dealerships. Mantas started to travel across the world and were meeting world class installers, visiting exhibitions to find out where is that golden key to success. After searching and wrapping 500+ vehicles we have developed the end product which we think is a best combination for quality/speed/durability. Speed doesn’t necessarily means low quality. It's quite opposite - the more skilled you are, the quicker you can deliver the finished product back to the client.

Eier og daglig leder Mantas Juozapaitis har jobbet med bilfoliering og lakkbeskyttelse i Norge siden 2014. Mantas så tidlig et udekket behov for premium folieringer i det norske markedet. Folieringene som var gjort manglet den siste finishen og holdbarheten som kjennetegner premium kvalitet.
Mantas bestemte seg for å gjøre noe med dette. Han reiste verden rundt for å utdanne seg hos de beste montørene. Han oppsøkte miljøer og messer for å finne ut hva som skulle til for å levere den beste kvaliteten i markedet.
Gjennom sin erfaring med foliering av over 500 biler har Mantas utviklet metoder som sikrer feilfri foliering på kortest mulig tid. Resultatet er at vi i dag med stolthet leverer Norges beste produkt.

The big step forward was taken in 2021 to change the Norwegian Wrapping industry into another level. We took the decision to facilitate ourselves in newly build premises,
770m2 of area for highest quality wraps, capacity to have 8-10 vehicles at once ensuring each of the vehicle having enough surrounded space to work with. Within 2021/2022 we have set our goals to transform this workshop to a state of the art installation booth which has never been seen in Norway yet.

To ensure the highest quality Paint Protection Film installs we are building internal garages into our workshop. Fully ventilated, isolated from any other process only installation itself. Strong lightning, draining systems, jacks and zero unnecessary contamination area is where we install the Paint Protection Film. All of the preparation, washing, disassembly process is done elsewhere in the workshop. Each of the internal garage has gates closed almost 24/7 to stop any air contamination inside the installation bay.

For color change wraps we are separating our workshop into independent zones, where installers will be able to have freedom around the vehicle, spot lightning to ensure each corner, edge and surface in it's best condition. No need to rush, no need to push - each installer has enough time to deliver our quality to each of the client.

In addition to each install, we are able to offer pre-installation preparation. If the vehicle has driven thousands of kilometres and the paint has lost its condition, our professional detailing team will do best possible preparation depending on a client's wishes, budget and end goals.

MantasWrap also delivers installations to multiple well known dealerships in Norway. Working with dealerships requires deep understanding about each vehicle itself. Not only we have to ensure that the job is spotless, but also we have to understand that brand new cars will be delivered to the end-clients after installation. That puts us into position to understand disassembly of the vehicle in a factory level. Ensuring that each part is dismounted and re-installed back without any flaws. Additional responsibility to deliver the product on time and match scheduled delivery between dealership-client.

I 2021 bestemte vi oss for å ta bilfoliering i Norge til et høyere nivå ved å flytte inn i splitter nye lokaler i Bærum. I våre nye lokaler på 770m2 kan vi foliere 8-10 biler samtidig.
Vi har startet en prosess for å skape et folieringsverksted Norge aldri har sett maken til. For å sikre perfekt montering av folier og filmer vil vi ha separate ventilerte garasjer til hvert kjøretøy. Dette sørger for et støvfritt miljø for montering. Alle garasjer har perfekt belysning så vi ser alle detaljer under monteringen. De romslige lokalene som er tilpasset vårt behov, gjør det enkelt for våre montører å levere et premiumprodukt til våre kunder.
Mange biler har behov for korrigering av lakk før foliering. Vårt profesjonelle bilpleieteam kan bistå med dette etter kundens ønsker og økonomi.
For å kunne montere folie må vi demontere dørhåndtak, speil ol. I denne prosessen er det viktig at alle deler settes tilbake uten merker etter demonteringen.
